Update on Recent Land Issue
Our family has a property nearby to the orphanage. God blessed us and we were able to purchase the land when it was very cheap, when there was not much development in the area Over the last few years many export industries were set up and the land became drastically high. This was when some of our relatives (four men, including Mommy's younger brother) became interested to buy a plot of the land. There were other people willing to buy this land, but mommy thought that it would be nice to sell to her brother and his family.

There is a desperate dependency and brokenness that has been cultivated in the Mekalas through years of looking to the Lord to provide for needs greater than their ability. Come taste what it feels like to bring needs that are bigger than you to the Lord. Currently there are great challenges facing the ministry in India. Please come to help carry those needs before the Lord. But there are also deep needs in your life. Come so that together they might be brought before the Lord. Come prepared for a sweet, but desperate, time of prayer as we look to God to do what only He can do in our lives.
